Idea over at The Artful Parent this week.

Amelia really had a great time with this. She kept saying “let’s do it again!” after each print was finished. This was a bit surprising to me because this activity resulted in paint all over her hands, and paint all over her hands is usually a bit of a turn-off for Amelia (on her hair, face, and body it’s ok – but the hands – not so much).

Easy-peasy and fun! The pictures are just from the very beginning because my hands got quickly covered in paint as well!

This is a project where I think the end result is beautiful! Which is just a bonus because with toddlers, it’s really not about the end product.
